Hello ILM, I am still a little groggy, but I think I can respond. To me, the uplist is a wildcard that could happen after the financials, and perhaps even at the same time. The point being, Doc has many options.
In my opinion, the release of financials is the obvious first step, and I believe that alone could shoot the stock to a dollar or more if PPSI is as big as we hope. If the syringe business is housed in PPSI, then the revenue could potentially be at least as much as HRI. However, the syringe business is world wide and involves government contracts for vaccinations, so the revenue might be even higher.
Once the financials are out, a merger with HRI might be announced. While this might seem like baby steps to those who want everything all at once, I believe this route is a safe way to go, and much faster to implement. I also like the idea of continual press releases informing shareholders of each and every new step. This way, the share price should continue to stair step its way upward, and there is no reason for a major retrenchment.
