So, it looks like they are issuing a lot of warrants. They are getting all of this money from Malaysia for funding and getting money from China if they sign this deal. If they will put in the S-1 for NGIO, they can tap into a ton of money from OASIS and just from the PPS of NGIO going live.

Heck, they can even tap into some of the money from OASIS now on Generex if they really wanted to and make it back up through Malaysia and China, but they are going a different route for some reason.

I really am not following this now....
