One of the common theories is that the Powers that be (FDA and others) are intent on delaying us.
Its been a week since we submitted the CD10 data. I think its reasonable to assume that they have received and reviewed the data, at least on a cursory level.
It would seem to me that if they intended to punt (regardless of the data) they would have by now.
Doesnt mean that they wont ultimately decide to require a phase 3, but I am encouraged that they are (I assume) digging deeper.
