When is the last time the CEO or any officers actually bought Sfor stock. Were their shares subject to the 1 for 500 reverse split? If not why? If they were reduced why are there no documents reflecting the split. I still see 50 millon + shares for insider transaction tab on SEC WEBSITE. Shouldnt that change to reflect the reverse split?
