I pick ICPA for next week. The Float is getting so tiny. There has not been news since May 4th. Clear Channel and Punch TV PR's are coming. CEO also hinted at a surprise several weeks ago.

This stock is way oversold and the RSI has reset wonderfully. Look for a break of 6 cents plus next week. Currently trading at .0365
