I agree. TC was right about yesterday’s PR. The MOU got buried in the lackluster PR title. I sure hope the CC's have some definitive elements, and not the historic 'we plan to', 'in the coming weeks', 'shortly' content. From many of the recent posts there is an obvious level of frustration among investors.
