If you notice in the PR the phrase "fast track approval" is in quotations. I think that was used because most investors are more familiar with the FDA fast track approval. They may have actually been referring to the Early Access to Medicines Scheme (EAMS). It's the fastest way to get a product out there and was used for remdesivir.
