My guess is they feel these latest deals are so important they don't want to wait to discuss them. They probably think they will get a lot of questions on them anyway. Plus, since GNBT owns 90% of NGIO, the NGIO deals are relevant to GNBT's health.
But yeah, I get that they should be separated.
