You gotta love the logic in play:
Put up an (approx) $60,000 sell........BUT put it all at the same price, and on 1 ticket to save on commissions, instead of selling smaller blocks at different levels and most likely taking more out of the market.
So, give up $100s or $1000s in profit, just to sell it all on 1 ticket and save $15 or $20 in commissions.
Moral of the story: The person on the ask is a complete moron! Not because he wants out (although that's pretty moronic as well), but because a move like that signals manure for brains.
