The sad reality is that it is just a matter of having few resources (and some financial and operational mistakes like the recent convertible settlement mess-up)... No kool-aid drinking involved...
If CYDY had $200m in the bank, dozens of more sites for COVID-19, GvHD, cancer, NASH could have been opened and enrollment be done for some studies already...
The permanent moving of goalposts by FDA for combination therapy and the delay of revenue has cost us dearly and severely hindered us from pursuing other avenues... I hope the fuckers of that review team are proud of themselves...
In the long run, many golden quarters are yet to come for CYDY. No doubt about that.
