Mark, since you have publicly stated several times (which have been chronicled multiple times on this board) that the deals will become live and billable for revenues, I have a couple of questions for you. What are you being told from ACS as to when First Data will start? AON? DSS? Etc. Since you have decided to join this board discussion please tell us what you are hearing as far as timing. Are they saying September 2020? November 2020? 2021?

What has been the cause of the delays according to ACS outside of the Covid-19 issue since the deals have been announced for years?

To your knowledge, has ACS made any money on any of these deals yet?
