Here is the simplified trading key from the bashers perspective:

- no volume day: stock is suspended

- low volume day: no-one is interested / stock is dying

- high volume day: Matt is dumping

- Price goes up: pump

- Price does down: dump

- Every day is a $0.0001 x no bid day

- BCAP Common is somewhere between 8-10B (whatever magical number people like to make up)

- Preferred shares have been issued to "insiders" (although there is nothing to ever prove a Preferred share was issued to anyone except Matt who took it in lieu of salary, and a one-man operation can't by definition have insiders)
