NOTE 10 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
Subsequent to the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020, the Company’s former sole officer and director and its controlling shareholder, Mr. William Eric Ottens, agreed to forgive $6,249 in advances payable which amount has been recorded as a contribution to paid in capital.
On May 21, 2020, Mr. William Eric Ottens resigned as the sole officer and director of the Company, and concurrently, Mr. Robert Gardiner was appointed President and a director and Mr. Rodney Nettles was appointed Secretary/Treasurer and a director.
As at the date of this report Mr. Ottens continues to be the controlling shareholder of the Company.
The Company has evaluated subsequent events from the balance sheet date through the date that the financial statements were issued
and determined that there are no additional subsequent events to disclose.
