Two thoughts:
I expect some change on the BOD given the creation of the scientific advisory board. The BOD may have a narrower focus on governance and policy and less procedural work than they may have been involved in to date.
Not to slam the guy so just an observation that Dr D Welch doesn't seem like the ideal fit given his tech background. A BioTech Business background would likely be more help given the complexity of the science, relationships and government regulation.
