Agree..another way to say it is Founders don’t always make the best CEOS. If 100 sp buyout is the MINIMUM than don’t you all agree that he would HAVE to uplist...what’s the alternative? There is absolutely no way this can stay OTC. Does anyone on the board have a reasonable alternative if NASDAQ declines?
