I'm less worried about shorts, than Big Pharma. Shorts are easy to spot. They trot out the same tired lines over and over. They are dipshits, and can be countered with information.
Big Pharma has basically unlimited money at their disposal and can put pressure on individuals at the FDA to force CYDY into a long Phase 3 trial with a drawn-out enrollment process, and pay Flimpschwanz to convince doctors that leronlimab is going to kill their patients if they sign up for a trial.
