I can't control what he says and have told his partner about it. He gets excited and makes mistakes. If you know what I am saying is true (which of course it is) then please stop putting out these points, which makes me look like I am making it up, which you know I am not. They have to exercise there options and they didn't do it yet and possibly will or won't and have till Sept 2022, of which if they by it they will have to pay us $12mm if it is by September 30, 2022.
