Though Healthcare needs to be and will be adopting VERB's platform as will all verticals in time I believe, how Rory phrased it, I don't "think" OnDoc is going to be the one.
It's tricky as he said "another acquisition that will allow us to expand more rapidly into a desirable new business vertical products and services.."
OnDoc is in Direct Sales, which VERB already has in their toolbox.
Also to open yourself up as a tech company into HIPAA and healthcare regulations is a pretty big step. Heavy lifting and responsibility.
They are also "somewhat" already in the healthcare industry with another company NAHU.

So, I dont know what more a of a combined product would consist of? It would be 1 App but would OnDoc move everything over to Verb's platform or would it add Verb to it's APP which it already has.
I'm not discounting theor relationship at all, and I do love the connection.
I was texting a friend about this exact thing today.
My guess is 1 of 2 companies we've worked with in the past.
