I may have missed something here, but I replayed the Proactive video 3x and I believe NP messed up his tense (got vs get). He said we look forward to surprise everybody with what we got with Emergency Use Authorization HOPEFULLY from UK, Mexico, Israel and Phillipines we are working on.. or United States."

I wish you were correct, but they may not have even submitted to all of the countries named quite yet. NP is very optimistic and apparently can't help but tap the emotions and expectations a little. I get it. Wish he'd restrain himself a bit more.
