Please be more careful about translating "Nader speak". Remember, English is not his native language. His grammar and syntax are often less than precise.
He said "...we also look forward to surprise everybody with what we got* with EUA, hopefully from UK, Mexico, Israel..."
*In Nader's grammar, it's my opinion after listening to him speak many times that "got" doesn't necessarily mean past tense. I think he meant future tense as in "will have gotten" ("hopefully", as he said).
Should absolutely not read into this approvals from any foreign countries being a done deal. And he went on to mention several countries...would be impossible to have all those countries approve already.
