I would think SFOR would have to know how many copies have sold. Otherwise how would SFOR know if the channel partners are being on the level. Each copy should have its own activation key. Who generates those? I am pretty sure when I buy software the activation code is generated by the parent company not the vendor. If SFOR allowed vendors or channel partners to do it then there is no accounting for number of units sold except through a private company. We cant access those records. Ripe for fraud in that case in my opinion
