The SEC has a division that is staffed by ex-traders, industry experts and lawyer.  Imagine if those "professionals" were working the message boards attacking companies such as CWRN?

Whether they are instructed to do so by the SEC, as part of their "job", or they are doing it as rogue agents, there could be some serious liability for the SEC.

Many investor advocates do claim to be industry experts.
