I sent this email to Kay on 3/31/2020…Mark, I came across the link below and thought it was interesting. Its summary information on ACS. It also gave the revenue of ACS from Q4 2018 to Q1 2020 and that amounted to $34.8 million. It also gave the current headcount at 30 but ramping up from Q3 2019 by 33% which made sense since First Data was coming online. I also checked the products that ACS sells on the ACS website. All the products they sell include SFOR products. I know we have gotten little to no revenue from ACS. If all ACS revenue have SFOR products, SFOR should have gotten a little over $5 million based on a 15% royalty. Is it possible that ACS is not reporting what they have sold to SFOR? Or does ACS have another business line that generates these sales? Thank you...
