This is the key statement for me:
“The financing is subject to several contingencies including satisfactory completion of legal and financial due diligence by the investor and Generex’s subsidiary NGIO being listed on Nasdaq.”
While it looks like the software projects may be moving forward shortly, and hopefully generating REVENUE shortly, most of this isn’t happening without a successful NGIO listing.
That makes me wonder why the GNBT call is scheduled before the NGIO call and not the opposite.
I won’t get overly excited about the Malaysia bullet until it’s something more than a non-binding MOU...
