There is a stark difference between gambling in casino versus investing in listed company.

As an officer - their statements carry weight. Investors follow and make decisions on their investments.
Kay openly Said “Buy Our Stock”. When a ceo makes such statements in an open public forum - and does exactly opposite to defraud the investors, they have no business to to lead any listed company.
Remember - gang owns 98% voting rights. Planning from day one.
