Like many STILL here, because what is the choice after being down 80+ percent..sell and get back in when it moves up???? or stay with what has been diluted. Agree that we all are responsible for our own actions and decisions.
What would a SEC audit provide in way of relief?
What stops ACS from not paying for the Patent..another lawsuit and we all know how that worked out in time, money and outcome.

GLTA in future and current investing and hopefully when you finally decide to sell you can offset your other investment gains with this loss and at least save a few taxes.
