Airedale, extremely well written and well thought out. While it is my hope much of the background work was/is already done, I simply do not know that. However, if much of the work was already done in advance, then the process could be sped up considerably. This will be a complex company and nearly all parts are currently private (non-publicly traded). This situation adds to the complexity because the SEC has not reviewed any filing from any of them.
A question I have had for some time now is will some of these companies remain private. Univec is a publicly traded company with PPSI listed as a subsidiary. However, PPSI is privately run. This means the revenue from PPSI will now need to be listed along with losses and obligations once Univec Conglomerate becomes current. Also, the full scope of operations will need to be listed, and I suspect the syringe business is run through PPSI and likely through HRI as well. I bring this syringe business up because it could be huge and likely a world-wide operation. Just my thoughts.
