Doc also said "no delays", so in my understanding, that Medicare approval was the last possible spot where something on our end could have gotten us hung up.
IMO, and from following the DD, I think Doc was able to submit everything to NASDAQ and the SEC, and there's nothing more for him to do except wait with all of us.
The uplisting process is very involved. The UNVC uplisting process must be a paperwork juggernaut, considering all the companies Doc is pulling together under 1 roof. Then SEC has to give it their final once over.
We are waiting out the final processes, IMO. We've already been given concrete proof that something huge is underway, and nearing completion...................................anybody know what I'm talking about?
