I can't answer "point 1." "Point 2" is a growing concern as I believe that NP means well, but has too much "used car salesman" in him. He has a history of over-promising, and under-delivering. Is it purposeful, or just his personality? I am not sure. There are several catalysts coming up in the short-term, and the pps needs us to hit at least one of them, or we will get punished hard. If, miraculously we get EUA from the FDA then essentially all of our problems will go away (we should, based on data and what standard Remdesivir met to get approved, but we are playing a rigged game so I say 40/60% chance).
