Thanks for the suggestion. Looked at the Philip Morris - Altria - Kraft Foods spinouts. What a tangled web that is/was. Don’t see a correlation though with the GNBT/NGIO IPO. Altria was originally a brand name change to Philip Morris. Then the cigarettes (Philip Morris) was split out from Altria. Kraft was an established company bought by Philip Morris and then later sold. As for the financial impacts for anything that happened, I haven’t a clue
