What I saw with that company, they don’t talk about 176M shares in the IPO paperwork. They only talk about the shares they were selling at $16/share. I think they were raising about $200M, so that was like 12-13M shares. However now that the 12-13M shares are listed, all their shares went up to that price. So now they have a market cap of $9.86B with no revenue! Our “world class management team no one ever heard of” is absolutely dropping the ball and is lost.
