Looks to me like $4 has become a psychological sell point where a lot of shareholders are looking to sell some.
If Doc spills the whole can of wax at once, we'll be way over $4....quick! The only thing that will hold us up there for a minute will be the sells from PPL holding penny stock size positions.
$4 is a number being talked about extensively for NASDAQ uplist. It's understandable that it's become an out price for many. All I can say is, don't sell too much too quick folks.
All my opinion, but there's nothing I can see that's signaling a sell $4. It's just a number in the NASDAQ discussion. Is it a good spot to sell some? Maybe, but I personally won't be selling much there. I have about 2% of my total position for sale under $10. Just enough to make me smile, but not enough to hurt my overall position size.
