That news of that deal is surely un-credible. VChat is still in beta testing, if it's gone that far - the website is still soliciting volunteers to take part in the testing. How is it remotely possible that a large company is going to sign a deal for software that doesn't yet exist? From the website:

"Interested in learning more about SafeVChat? Use the form below to contact us about availability, features, and signing for our beta program."

When I emailed the company a few weeks ago to ask about availability, I never received a response.
