Tacit approval it is, then. I guess the Boston Globe thinks it's perfectly OK for a blogger to give out medical advice to the dying to further his personal attacks. Good to know. I imagine Trump would get the same free pass if he made similar attempts to smear a rival through a woman's cancer.
