The main author of the Washington Post vaccine tracker article, Carolyn Johnson, is the journalist I successfully contacted yesterday about leronlimab.
She has a BA in physics from Amherst and an MS in science writing from MIT.
Her profile states:

We are unlikely to find someone more qualified to appreciate and amplify the Cytodyn story.
