It's a little hard for me to understand the terms. Is that $494+K a flat rate? Or will DSS additionally pay a licensing fee per unit to ACS, a portion of which presumably gets passed along to SFOR?
If it's a flat rate, that comes to about $165K per year, then, of which SFOR will get 15%? Which would be, what, $25K per year? So, basically DSS would be paying us pocket change for the exclusive rights in 13 countries? Plus the others.
If it's that plus our %, then it's a decent deal, but otherwise whoever does the deals here should really be in dealmaking rehab.
