When Michael took the position of CEO, it was stated that it was a temporary appointment. They made it clear that at some point RMHB would shuffle upper management personnel to best meet the needs of the company within their financial limitations.
It really occurred when Dave Seeberger took over the position of CEO and Michael moved to COO, another temporary spot which surely helped both Michael and the company to make his retirement a smooth transition.
The company is growing steadily now and changes are inevitable. Change is something that scares people when they don't know all of the details, but keep in mind that every other change this company is experiencing is VERY good, and this undoubtedly falls in line with those changes.
