Nope, highly unlikely that anybody is "dumping" this many shares - except maybe those that bought at $.0001 several months ago - and are selling to double their money. No, it's far more likely that people buying big lots of shares like we have seen lately, think they know something and wouldn't see a need for a loss so soon. At the very least, they know they could run up the PPS and "dump" at at a profit - even if smaller than they originally thought.
Generally, this level of investor, don't panic and sell at a loss and then go on message boards for years and bash the CEO for their lack of investment prowess. The truth is they just move on to the next ticker.
Nah, the sheer volume of buys over the last month or so SEEMS to indicate that there is some group making the buys. Maybe they are connected somehow to these Ins Cos and are buying off of what they THINK may be ready to happen.
Maybe we'll know SOON.....maybe we won't, but, people who have made a profit here may not care one way or the other, while those who have lost money just continue to bash the CEO for years.
