Just ran a comparison of html pages on copyscape.com between the form 10A submitted on 7/23/2020 after the conf call and this new one, no difference at all. Not sure why they needed to refile, unless the SEC told them they had too. Next I will run a comparison between the original Form 10 back in March and today.
