Yes it is CDiddy, it surely is complicated but visually, it is done quite easily. To counter them and stop them, we need a person or entity with millions of dollars at their disposal to counter them. Deep pockets are the only types these manipulators understand. Whom ever is behind this has their reasons, what ever they maybe, or have been given enough money to force shares down. It's an agenda and it won't stop until they've reached the point in time (or share price), that suits their supporter(s), plain and simple.
