First I think volume is still note conversion shares being dropped on the market.
Second, the only reasons I can think for no news if there is news, is that they were in a quiet period relevant to an upcoming significant event.! However, I believe, even in that period if there was info that had to be disseminated to the public they would have to do an 8k.
Also, I believe that if the pr’s were false, and had no substance and done to manipulate the share price, that would be an event the SEC should investigate . All unknowns? Yes!
