Well as he mentioned many times, I think he does not want to disappoint or give the shorts ammo if they do not approve it. In a pandemic though, I would think the FDA would, but this just keeps getting crazier and crazier by the day. Not sure what the heck they are doing. I just know that if London or some other country approves us first, and we help reduce their numbers, the FDA here is going to have some explaining to do.
