Uplisting or approval from a country's health system is what will really get things cooking. Or some hedge fund(s) decides they'll make much more money going long that shorting. Of course, they may be shorting to get shares waiting to go long as soon as an approval is announced. We're all just along for the ride of whatever big money is planning.
