Not sure what you mean by running P3 with the same patients. Nor is that what NP stated.

Yes, it should enroll more quickly/easily. Is the severe trial enrolling quickly based on your discussion points? I don't think so. I would have thought based on the mild safety data we'd see a nice jump in severe enrollment as doctors realize the drug is extremely safe...but we haven't seen that.
