2) "If we have to do a phase 3, it will be small and will enroll quickly." No. It will be larger than the past trial and while site locations are already set up, that doesn't speak to the pace of enrollment... as we're witnessing with the severe trial.
7) "Uplisting is progressing. Audited financials complete this week." While audited financials are expected by week's end, they haven't received any response to their letter per Mulholland.
