Last night BP video : BP is lining up vendors. Where CYDY would fit into the picture would be a normal negotiation. How much controi over inCelldx that CYDY might have would be a central issue.
From what I am seeing, CYDY has decided to deal with a vendor. A contract between the two would benefit both companies and might enable the vendor program.
