Some clarification...
If Dr BP is accessing our trial laboratory data concerning RANTES and Cytokines etc.
And he is applying for a patent for his own companies product that test for RANTES and Cytokines that’s the definition of a conflict of interest.
His companies interests could be seen as clouding the data he would be recording for us.
So both parties agreed to part. They still love each other.
