And the expectations, for weeks, has been that LLmab WORKS and uplisting WILL HAPPEN... That is why the PPS is where it is. When that was in doubt, the share price was 1/10th of this.
Today the entire US Covid space, and Bio sector, and market as a whole took a hit from the "Russian Announcent". Couple that with News Traders hoping for a ride back to $10 getting spooked and selling, and there's no great mystery for the price action.
Everyone on here knows something the rest of the market and world hasn't yet woken up to. That asymmetry is where opportunity lies.
