Mini the way I see it TECCO and Hoan Quan had to have done their
due diligence on Henry and PHIL before they made these deals.
So they have to have been assured the PHIL Filings are coming and
everything is good with PHIL and the LUX FUNDS will be released
for TECCO and HOAN QUAN projects in the near future.
