the weekend after hours on friday !!!!! gives us weekend to study filings.
or monday morning before market opens????
intense shock to market

or does before or after mean during the week??
also intense shocking news sending STOCK price into orbit.

either way.. best to have as much shares as possible , WITH zero flipping..much too risky
